Genomic Medicine Lab

The Genomic Medicine Lab at Kyungpook National University focuses on understanding the genetic and epigenetic mechanisms underlying complex diseases, with a special emphasis on kidney biology and chronic diseases. We integrate large-scale multi-omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics) with advanced computational methods to discover novel regulatory elements and therapeutic targets.
